Simon is the descendant of the legendary Hungarian architect Frigyes Shculek who designed and owned many of Budapest’s most celebrated monuments 120 years ago. It’s one of the reasons why Simon is deeply connected to the classical architecture of the downtown and was always interested in real estate and property development.
As the founder and director of d.Five Apartments – a Budapest-based property management group – he successfully served the needs of international property investors in the last 8 years. His creativity, strategic mindset and experience on the fields of property investments and renovations make Simon and his team a reliable partner.
Eszter Uzoni
With her sophisticated approach of aesthetics Eszter helped to form the characteristics of d.FIve Design & d.Five Apartments from the very beginning. Eszter has successfully managed the renovation projects of d.Five Apartments in the last 8 years as a professional interior designer.
Eszter has gained extensive experience on the fields of concept creation, planning, pricing and implementation. Many of our most popular holiday-apartments was designed and furnished by Eszter.
Peggi Hajós
The dynamism and problem-solving mindset of Peggi has brought great value to d.Five Design and d.Five Apartments. As an interior designer and furnishing expert Peggi oversees and manages the renovation and property-facelift projects of d.Five Design.
Peggi’s role is to create concepts and manage renovation projects on a daily basis. She maintains relationships with our subcontractors and professionals and guarantees that all of our renovation project are precisely managed from planning to handover.
